Side dishes: Reheat in the microwave oven.

    Chickpeas, red beet, textured vegetable protein (TVP), breadcrumbs, tamari sauce, spice, garlic, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper.

    Preheat barbecue to medium/high heat. Add canola or olive oil on both sides. Grill for 2 minutes. Turning a quarter turn to a make a grid-mark and leave for another 2 minutes. Flip the burgers and repeat actions. Cook for 8 minutes total. Handle carefully, burgers may be fragile when cooked. Can also be grilled in a pan. Freezes well for later use.
