    Frying pan Method: In a frying pan, heat the potatoes for 12 to 15 minutes over medium heat and the cabbage in the microwave oven. Halfway through cooking. In a second frying pan, add canola oil and cook the chicken skewers for 9 to 10 minutes, grilling all sides, making sure they are cooked through. Use the cold ranch sauce as a dip.

    BBQ Method:  Preheat the BBQ. Place the foil pan directly on the BBQ grill for 12 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. For the chicken skewers, cook directly on the grill for a total of 9 to 10 minutes, grilling all sides, making sure they are cooked through. Use the cold ranch sauce as a dip.

  • Coq au vin

    Skinless chicken thighs simmered in a red wine sauce and garnished with vegetables. Served with parmesan polenta as well as a ratatouille. Chicken legs are vacuum packed with the sauce.
