For side dishes, replace the lid with aluminum foil, place the aluminum pan directly on the BBQ for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Oven method: Cook the meat in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil for about 10 to 13 minutes total, turning it on all sides. For side dishes, replace the lid with aluminum foil and reheat in a 375°F (180°C) oven for 20 minutes.
